Since 2021 Nezabudinskyi Elevator has created unique grain logistics infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk region. That infrastructure consists of unloading terminal and the systems for accepting, storage, loading and processing of grain and oil crops.

Total capacity for storing grain and oil crops is 18 thousand tons.

There are modern systems of accepting, loading, drying, and cleaning the grain, and actively ventilated flat grain storage warehouses with capacity up to 4 thousand tons at the Elevator. The above facilities make possible to receive agricultural products of various qualities, and then to adjust them to export conditions with guaranteed quality of world standards.

There is stone roller mill for flour manufacturing with capacity of 50 tons per a day on the territory of the Company.

The Elevator has its own certified laboratory that selects the samples of received and sold products. The laboratory is completely equipped with all the necessary modern equipment that has been checked by State Enterprise “Dniprostandardmetrology”. The Elevator is also equipped with weighing room with motor-truck scale that undergoes annual maintenance and control test.

The Company has implemented international HACCP Quality Assurance System (food safety management system for control and safety of equipment located at the Company). The facilities were also registered at the State level, and they are annually checked and confirmed by Central Department of “State Authority on Food Safety and Consumer Protection”.

The Company produces unrefined sunflower oil of the raw materials, which the Company procured on the basis of tolling. Capacity is up to 30 tons/a day.

The Elevator can load up to 120 tons of sunflower oil per a day into railway tanks. The Company prepares necessary documents for export of all the products.

The Company is located in the center of agricultural territories, and this is one of the main advantages of the Company that gives an opportunity to interact with manufactures directly, and to deliver the products by road and rail transport.
