Nezabudinsky Elevator
Since 2021 Nezabudinskyi Elevator has created unique grain logistics infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk region. That infrastructure consists of unloading terminal and the systems for accepting, storage, loading and processing of grain and oil crops.
Total capacity for storing grain and oil crops is 18 thousand tons.
There are modern systems of accepting, loading, drying, and cleaning the grain, and actively ventilated flat grain storage warehouses with capacity up to 4 thousand tons at the Elevator. The above facilities make possible to receive agricultural products of various qualities, and then to adjust them to export conditions with guaranteed quality of world standards.
SKIOLD MILL
Description of SKIOLD Mill
Mill of the Company SKIOLD is located on the territory of LLC “Nezabudinskyi Elevator”.
The mill consists of five lines for manufacturing flour with capacity of 500 kg/hour for grain per a line.
There are 5 lines for production of flour in processing department; capacity of one line for grain is 500 kg/h as per technical passport, and actual capacity is 450-460 kg/h. When using grain of basic conditions, the ratio of output of finished products is as follows:

Receiving
Receiving the grain for storage at LLC “Nezabudinskyi Elevator” is a quick and convenient process for all the customers. Grain is received as per preliminary appointment only for convenience and safety of the Elevator workers. Apart from it, our specialists are always ready to help on issues of quality and price of grain.
Cleaning
Grain is cleaned at LLC “Nezabudinskyi Elevator” in accordance with all norms and quality requirements. Special equipment and technologies are used for all the necessary procedures. The above equipment and technologies guarantee high quality cleaning and preservation of all useful properties of grain.
Drying
Grain is dried at LLC “Nezabudinskyi Elevator” with modern equipment quickly and efficiently. High quality of drying and preservation of all useful properties of grain is guaranteed. Our specialists are responsible for quality control and compliance of all procedures with norms and requirements.
Storage
LLC “Nezabudynsky Elevator” guarantees reliable and safe storage of grain during all the storage time period. For this purpose modern well-ventilated warehouses for flat grain storage are used. Such warehouses guarantee the best conditions for storing the crops. Besides, our specialists control quality and conditions of grain storage on regular basis.
Grain loading
LLC “Nezabudynskyi Elevator” ensures loading the grain by railway and road transport in accordance with all the requirements of the customer. The grain is loaded to appropriate containers in compliance with all transport and packaging rules. Loading capacity is 1800 tons per a day by road transport, and loading capacity is 420 tons per a day by railway wagons.
